Who is FlyRank for, and who is it not for?
FlyRank is for Greater Manchester businesses that win work from local searches: builders, plumbers, electricians and roofers, aesthetic and dental clinics, local shops and online sellers. We also take on UK-wide clients, because most of the work happens online.
FlyRank is not for anyone who wants a guaranteed page-one ranking, paid ads managed, or bought links and reviews. We say so on the first call rather than take a retainer that cannot work.

FlyRank is a young agency, so we show dated facts instead of claims. In August 2026 we audited a Gorton tyre shop and found the Book Now button on six service pages led to a page that does not exist. For a North Carolina contractor we built lead tracking, live from 11 September 2026.

Why is AI search included rather than charged separately?
AI search is included because the work overlaps almost entirely with good search work: clear pages, accurate business data, and other sites talking about you. Google states there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews.

What do people ask before they get in touch?
How quickly will I see results from SEO?
Local SEO usually takes three to six months to move calls and map positions meaningfully, and longer for a new business in a crowded market. The early weeks are foundation work, such as fixing your Google Business Profile and listings. FlyRank reports monthly so you can see the work as it happens. However, nobody can promise a date, and anyone who does is guessing.
Is AI search an extra cost?
No. Both FlyRank retainers include AI search work, because it relies on the same foundations as good SEO: clear pages, consistent business details and mentions on other sites. Charging separately would not be honest. A one-off Sprint is available for a defined job. However, the Sprint is a separate fixed-price service, not an add-on to your retainer.
Do you tie me into a long contract?
No. Local SEO has a three month minimum because the foundation work genuinely takes that long, and after that it runs month to month. The growth retainer has no minimum term. When you leave, we agree a clean handover and you keep everything built. However, one-off work such as an audit or a website is agreed as a fixed job.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Jean Bed Essounda or Hassan Gillani, the two founders. FlyRank has no sales team that hands you to another department after you sign, and no offshore delivery arm. Whoever answers your enquiry stays your contact, does the work and writes your report. However, with two founders there is a limit on how many clients we can take.
What if I have been burned by an agency before?
Tell us what happened. In our experience of the complaints business owners describe, it is usually a communication failure rather than a technical one: no explanation, no calls and a report nobody could read. FlyRank answers those questions up front with a named contact and plain-English reports. However, we will not criticise a previous agency without seeing its work.
Do you work with businesses outside Manchester?
Yes. Greater Manchester comes first because Jean is Manchester-based and our local knowledge is deepest here, but we also work with clients elsewhere in the UK. Most SEO, AI search and web design work happens online, so distance matters little. We will say so honestly if your market is outside our experience. However, in-person meetings are focused on the Manchester region.
